Litterbin Handicraft

Report:

A “three months duration Training in Innovative Design on Pattern Making in Bamboo mat Bin Craft under HRD schemes” was conducted by ENVIRON which was started from 30th March, 2010 and ended on 29th June, 2010 held at 60 LNB Road, Hatigaon, Guwahati-6.

The programme was inaugurated by Ms. N Palai, Dy. Director (Design), NERO, Office of the Development Commissioner (Handicrafts), Guwahati. Mr. S. C. Pattanaik, Assistant Director (Handicrafts), Marketing and Service Extension Centre, Office of the Development Commissioner (Handicrafts), Gauripur, Chaired the Selection Committee Meeting and he is accompanied by Mr. A. K. Sarma, Investigator (Handicrafts), MSEC, Gauripur; Mr. Amarjyoti Kashyap, President, ENVIRON; Mr. Dadul Chaliha, empanelled Designer and Md. Eunish Ali, Master Trainer.

Mr. Dadul Chaliha, empanelled Designer and Md. Eunish Ali, Master Trainer were taking the responsibilities for the training programme as per the schedule and designed and developed all together 19(nineteen) different types of prototypes of different litterbins as per the planning of ENVIRON.
